Haven't been able to get a response from the pickens team on an idea. Maybe you have some pull some where. Assuming the new wind farm is on hold, why not setup a fund to add a windmill to an existing wind farm ? I would contribute to it. My original reason for joining was to increase the use of wind energy.

Hi Daniel,
I volunteered for District leader of NY-17. I am the Director of School Facilities of Rockland BOCES school. We have the only grid-connected operating windmill in the lower Hudson Valley. It is rated at 1.8 kW atop a 40' tower and powers 20 school computers. Looking forward to working with you on this important initiative. Regards, Ed
