PickensPlan

Hello and thank you to everyone, new members and old, for making some fantastic contributions to the Pickens Plan Community. There has definitely been a whirlwind of activity as we approach the upcoming election.

Just wanted to take a quick moment and share some exciting features and developments.

First we wanted to let you know about our New MyEnergy feature.

What is “MyEnergy”?

MyEnergy is a way for you to keep track of your efforts and contributions to the Pickens Plan website. You’ll get “points” for participating in various activities and climb the ranks of the Pickens Plan army as you compare your progress to other members of the army.

You may have also noticed our New Energy Army meter resting in our community.

We need your help by inviting your friends to join the New Energy Army. Our goal is to hit 1.4 million volunteers by Election Day. That may sound like a lot, but if just each member got one of their friends to join - we'd hit that goal easy!

We’ve also provided you a widget that you can install to help keep track of your army recruitment. Place it on your blog or website and help us reach our goal of 1.4 million.

Finally, we want to welcome you to the new Pickens Plan online store located at CafePress.com.

Here you can purchase a variety of Pickens Plan swag including t-shirts, buttons and stickers. The Pickens Plan does not make any profit from the sale of items on the site. Its all about getting the message out to people.

Click here to visit the store.

Remember - there are only 9 days left to the upcoming election. Making a big push now and getting the Pickens Plan on the minds of the Presidential candidates will be a big step in securing the success of our mission. We need to make this happen!

Thanks again for all you do!
